In order to achieve the authentic ancho chili flavor of this award-winning liqueur, we turn directly to the ingredients you'd expect: Ancho Chilis. First, we infuse the chili peppers (seeds and all) in our Boyd & Blair Silver Rum at 105 proof for several days. Then we bring it down to 80 proof using house-made simple syrup. The finished product is a delight; slightly sweet, enjoyably smoky and the perfect spicy enhancer for some of your favorite cocktails.

This perfectly balanced Espresso Martini begins with beans, which are roasted to our precise specifications by local roaster KLVN. We then cold brew the coffee ourselves on-site. Finally, after 14 hours of steeping, we blend in our award-winning Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka and house-made Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Syrup. Simply shake over ice, pour into a martini glass and indulge.
